Yes. Scanned PDFs and photos are read with local OCR and a vision model on your server. Tables such as CMM reports are extracted as tables, so each measured value can be compared with its tolerance.
Does the AI approve parts or close NCRs?
No. It extracts, compares, flags and drafts. Acceptance, concessions and NCR closure stay with the responsible engineer, and every AI step is logged.
Can it work with our ISO 9001 documents?
Yes. Quality manuals, procedures and records are ordinary documents to the knowledge base. Staff can ask what a procedure requires and get the clause and page, which also helps during internal audits.
