Yes. Excel BQs are read directly and PDF or scanned BQs are parsed as tables, so items can be aligned across tenders regardless of format.
Does it decide which tender wins?
No. It prepares the comparison and highlights differences. The evaluation and recommendation remain with the QS and the project team.
Can it read drawings?
It reads drawing registers, title blocks, revision notes and text on drawings. It is not a CAD tool and does not take measurements from drawings.
